The former public toilettes in the Neukölln Schifffahrtskanal will,once again come alive for 48 Stunden. At street level and below, Inside and outside, the city and nature flow together at the “ toiletten 27“, providing a sensual perspective of the city as a living thing.
With objects, video- and sound-based installations, drawings, play with words and performance, what you see here reflects how international artists confront these layers of stories in this (nearly) public facility which is also part of the green underworld of Neukölln.
